Arrivati in azienda, dopo aver segnalato per telefono un eventuale ritardo, sarà il momento di presentarci e di incontrare il nostro interlocutore. Con molta cortesia sì potrà chiedere al personale di aiutarci in alcune circostanze. Per una fraseologia più ricca relativa alle -> Presentazioni.

Può avvisare il signor Barron che il mio aereo è arrivato in ritardo e che sarò lì per le 11?
Could you tell Mr Barron that my plane was delayed and I won 't be there before 11 o 'clock?
