L'uso corretto di entro
By si usa con una data, un momento, un'ora precisa:
Entro il 10 gennaio / la fine della settimana / le 5.
By 10th January / the end of the week/ 5 o'clock.
• Within si usa quando non sì fa riferimento al momento preciso della scadenza, ma alla quantità di tempo entro cui, per esempio, deve essere svolto un lavoro:
Entro tre mesi / due ore / una settimana.
Within three months / two hours / one week.
• Not after than "non più tardi di":
Non più tardi di due settimane dal ricevimento dell'ordine.
Not later than two weeks of receipt of order.
• On or before si usa con l'indicazione di un giorno preciso nel significato di "entro e non oltre":
Entro e non oltre il 22 luglio.
On or before July 22nd.
Vorremmo sapere se è possibile vedere con un nostro cliente l'impianto presso il Vostro cliente Sewa durante la settimana dal 18 al 22 luglio.
